Rubber Mounting Pad

The Anchor Locker rubber mounting pad is a die cut ¼ inch rubber mounting pad that was cut to match the bolt pattern of the standard bolt on Anchor Locker. The rubber pad makes an excellent spacer for those boats that have an extruded gunnel guard that is higher than the mounting surface the Anchor Locker must be mounted on spacing it above the gunnel. We also recommend using the pad to protect the surface of fiberglass boats, the pad will help protect the fiberglass gel coat from the aluminum body. The rubber pad can also make an excellent connector between diamond plate surfaces and the smooth bottom of the Anchor Locker.Aluminum Backing Plate

The aluminum backing plate is made from marine grade 5052 aluminum and is CNC cut to match the bolt pattern and bottom structure of the Anchor Locker. The aluminum backing plate can be used as a spacer in lieu of the rubber pad, but was designed as a strong back support to help support the strain of the Anchor Locker when mounting to thinner materials such as fiberglass or aluminum of less than .190” thickness.
