Our fillet rigging tables are constructed from high quality Polar white Seaboard®. Seaboard® is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet formulated to meet the specific requirements of marine and other outdoor environments. FEATURES AND BENEFITS: Stability Seaboard® is stress relieved and UV stabilized specifically for harsh marine environments. Strength Seaboard® is the toughest marine high density polyethylene (HDPE) available on the market. Inert Seaboard® is impervious to the salt and moisture on boats. Thermal resistance Seaboard® has a high heat distortion temperature to resist "softening". Hardness Seaboard® resists scratching better than other marine polymers. Food Safe Seaboard® sheets meet FDA requirements for use in applications where they may come in contact with food. Consistency Seaboard® sheets are extruded and exhibit consistent color and dimensional characteristics.
Our tables are all unique designs built and designed in house on our CNC equipment and sold factory direct to control costs. Our table designs are our own and not available anywhere else. Our tables use an interlocking dovetail system which creates the strongest table of their type available. We do not use screws on the table surface to dull your fillet knives. We use stainless steel screws on the bottom and backs to lock in our dovetails.
We use a one of a kind mounting system consisting of machined 6061 aluminum shafts designed to mate with standard fishing rod holder mounts made by Fish-On®, Folbe® & Scotty®. Fish-On®, Folbe® & Scotty® rod holder mounts are not included with our tables but they can be purchased at most fishing tackle and marine dealers. The mounting shafts pin to a 1 ½” UHMW sliding mount that is slotted into the bottom of the table for adjustability fore and aft.
Our two bait size table use a single mount system. Our larger tables all use a two mount system we space the mounts 16” – 22” apart depending on table size you can request a specific spacing that can also be accommodated. All of our mount systems are adjustable fore and aft to help with mounting to fit exactly the way you want it too.
Our fillet tables start with a basic model which includes a base with routed blood groove and your choice of up to two pliers and knife slots that can be placed at either end. The basic table comes with two sides and back board creating a 3 sided table open to the front. This is the point all of the tables start and can be left just this way a no frills basic table. An adjustable gutting board with a built in scent tray or a line spool / pre tied leader holder can all be added at an additional cost for each item.
The gutting tray has some built in storage for scent bottles and misc items hooks, swivels and weights on the front side.
The gutting tray option serves several purposes as it name implies it creates a slot to hold your fish belly up for gutting. The gutting tray can also be adjusted all the way open to give your fillet / rigging table a fourth side to help secure items from falling on the deck or overboard.
The line spool / pre tied leader holder consists of 2 plastic axle holders made from Seaboard® and attached onto the back of the table and one ½” x 16” 6061 aluminum axle with SS spring retainer pin. You can store line spools for leader material or dropper line and pre tied leaders on a piece of standard ½” foam pipe wrap not included with this option kit. You can buy pipe wrap at your local hardware store to keep as many types of pre tied leaders as you see fit just pull the spring pin and slide the axle out to change your spools or pre tied leader holders.
All our tables are one of a kind custom products made with a combination of CNC machinery and hand fitting this work takes time to construct you must allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of custom tables we keep our standard sizes in stock and can usually ship within 3 days.
All prices are for a basic tables with no options. Our standard fillet/rigging tables come in 4 sizes. Our tables are all backed by a two year no non sense warranty against material and workmanship. The pricing below includes mounting shafts for you choice of rod holder mounts. Our tables can be sold without any mounting system if requested at a reduced cost.
