The knife and tool holders were created after request from our customers who had purchased our patented sliding rail system and wanted to be able to store knives and pliers on our rail system. We designed this product to be used in conjunction with the rail system but to also be used without our rail system by utilizing our accessory dovetail mounting design.
The knife and plier holders are available in 2 lengths 6” and 9” these parts will sheathe a knife with either a 6” blade length in part 1076 or a 9” blade length for part 1079. There are 2 knife slots, two plier slots and 4 - 1/4” holes that allow jigs or lures to be stored for quick access featured in both models. These knife plier holders have a convenient top handle. When I machine the knife slots I leave a .050" skin in the slot when you push your knife through this skin it form fits to the blade and the blade will not rattle around.
These accessories feature our accessory mounting system to allow mounting in three ways. These accessories can be mounted to the rail system by using one of our part 1022 accessory mounts, or can be mounted directly to the vessel and be easily removed by using one of our hard accessory mounts part 1010-M. The third method would be to attach the accessory directly to the vessel.
These accessories are available in black and can be special ordered in white at no additional cost but lead time will vary.
