I have developed a mount that fits in a Ski Pylon tube that has an inside diameter of 2.865" this mount is machined slightly smaller to make a close fit. North River Boats uses this diameter ski pylon. This mount has been machined to give 6" of height adjustability you must drill the cross pin hole in place to assure it has a proper fit. This mount is adjustable for height from 6.5" above the tube installed in the boat to 12.5" above the tube installed in the boat. The mount has been welded to allow the table to be offset to get the table further forward. The mount has groves to allow the screw heads to miss the mount on the bottom of the tables. This mount will fit my current 24" x 12", 32" x 14" & 40" x 16" tables.
The customer must drill this mount to match the pin on the ski pylon mount. I did not drill these holes for 2 reasons this allows you to pick your custom height and to make sure it matches the pin already installed in the boat.
Install Instructions
I suggest mocking it up to get the proper height and alignment and drilling one hole to match the pin position making sure the mount is square to the boat transom and parallel to the deck use a tape measure not a level drill your first hole. Align the table mount to drilled the second hole and slide the pin into the initial hole level the table mount and brace it up so it is parallel to the boat( you can do this with a clamp or some electrical tape) then using the open hole in the boat ski pylon tube drill the second hole. Remove the table mount and run the drill bit through both holes you just made in the mount from one side. Re-install the mount and pass the pin through both holes in the mount and attach the table with the bolts that came with your table.
